Proactive Intelligence ("Pi", "we") provides AI-assisted meeting rooms at proactiveintelligence.run.

2. What We Collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. When you use a Pi room, we process meeting audio to provide live transcription and AI assistance; transcripts, meeting notes, and tasks you create are stored in your private account.

Guests who join a room provide only the display name they enter, and rooms indicate that an AI assistant is present. We use cookies solely to keep you signed in.

3. How we use it

To operate the product: run your meetings, enable our Pi to execute work for you, generate your notes and reminders, and secure your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of vetted infrastructure providers to run Pi — for identity and sign-in, real-time communications, speech processing, AI, email delivery, and hosting. Each receives only the data it needs to perform its function, and a current list of our processors is available on request.

5. Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Email us to access or permanently delete your account and its data, and we will action it promptly.
