These Terms of Service govern the use of the Evident platform and related services. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to comply with these terms.

1. The Service

Pi Rooms provides AI-assisted meeting rooms: video calls with a built-in AI assistant that transcribes, takes notes, and carries out tasks the host approves. By creating an account or joining a room, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older, or the age of digital consent where you live.

3. Meetings and Recording Notice.

Pi rooms process meeting audio to provide transcription and assistance, and rooms indicate that an AI assistant is present. As host, you are responsible for ensuring participants in your meetings are aware of and consent to this, in line with the laws that apply to you.

4. Your Content

You own what you bring to Pi — your briefings, transcripts, notes, and tasks. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your content back to you). We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Pi to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass, spam, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other users' data.

6. AI's Outputs

Pi's transcripts, summaries, and suggestions are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review before relying on them; they are not professional advice.

7. Availability

Pi Rooms is an early-stage product provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).

9. Ending Things

You can stop using Pi and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
